Digital Sales Representative
We are looking for energetic motivated Digital Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great communication and customer service skills. They must be able to engage the customer on the phone as well as through texting and email communication. Must be detailed oriented, and be able to compose professional emails and text messages using proper grammar and be comfortable with video texting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Tracks and responds to Internet and website leads.
Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services.
Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead.
Meets and greets customers on appointment basis.
Presents and demonstrates inventory via text, email and video.
Maintaining comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products.
Understands and follows the Holler-Classic Sales Process.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
Possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to meet drug free workplace requirements and pass a background and MVR check.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Prior sales/customer service experience a plus
Ability to learn and operate within various computer programs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
